Videre Group are providing Project Management & Superintendent Services for Ruby Ruby under a Design & Construct delivery model. Our role encompasses design finalisation and signoff, contract formation, contract administration, program and cost oversight, risk management, and quality assurance throughout the lifecycle. The project requires meticulous coordination between stakeholders, proactive issue resolution, and adherence to stringent compliance standards.
