about project

The Building B176 Levels 2 & 4 project is a strategic refurbishment initiative aimed at upgrading existing facilities to deliver modern, flexible spaces that support advanced teaching and research functions. The project involves the transformation of outdated areas into state-of-the-art environments equipped with integrated audiovisual technology and collaborative zones. This upgrade enhances functionality, accessibility, and sustainability, aligning with contemporary standards for tertiary education infrastructure.

Key deliverables include the refurbishment of Levels 2 and 4 to create high-tech teaching spaces, installation of cutting-edge AV systems, and provision of adaptable breakout areas for group learning and research collaboration. The project faced challenges such as managing construction within a live campus environment, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and adhering to strict timelines to minimize disruption. Videre addressed these challenges through detailed staging plans, proactive stakeholder engagement, and robust risk management strategies.
