The Seaford North Primary School project is a major redevelopment initiative under the Victorian School Building Authority, aimed at creating modern, flexible learning environments that support contemporary teaching practices. The project involves the construction of new facilities and refurbishment of existing spaces to deliver state-of-the-art classrooms, collaborative learning zones, and landscaped outdoor areas. Various stakeholders have been involved in this project, including the VSBA, Seaford North Primary School, the Seaford North Primary School Council, South-East Victoria Region, Frankston City Council and Victorian Aboriginal Education Association (VAEAI). Project Outcomes
Given the disciplined financial oversight and real-time tracking of project status, contingency was carefully protected and managed throughout the delivery of the works. As a result of the strong contingency position of the project, the team was able to explore opportunities to incorporate additional scope enhancements that will deliver further benefits to the school community.
